Taco Soup

Taco Soup

1 lb ground beef, cooked and drained
1 can whole kernel corn, undrained
1 can tomato sauce or diced tomatoes
1 can kidney beans or chili bean work just fine
1 package taco seasoning
1 package ranch (the dry packet)
cut up onion and celery (optional)
water to make it soupy

Put all of the in your crockpot till you are ready to eat and the wonderful smell is filling the house. We like to add shredded cheddar to this and eat it with crackers or my favorite, tortilla chips! This is so yummy!!

This soup sounds really good! Do you have any ideas on what I could sub for the kidney beans since everyone besides me hates beans?

Tami,

I'm sure you could just leave the beans out if you don't like them. I am sure it would still be good. :0) The flavor is just awesome! You have to try it w/the tortilla chips! LOL
