Good menu, Ang. When my family was young and seemed like we were always on the goooooooo.... I would plan my menus when the grocery ads came out. Then I would keep the recipes in one place so that I could easily find what I wanted to make on the day appointed. It is when you are organized with menu planning because if something comes up and you need or want to switch nights on a dinner, you have all the ingredients, everything all planned out so that you can make the switch easily and painlessly! I had started getting back into menu planning and have drifted away from it again... I need to get back to it. Even now it makes my life much easier and less stressful. :)
