Boom 5 Blocks for NanaKathy55 and LauraEllen.

More blocks done for two others in our Boom 5 swap. I hope they like what I made. :)

LauraEllen's Block. Her fabric was the Navy flowers.

NanaKathy55's block. Her fabric was the solid brown.
I'm working on some more Chemo caps. This time for a young lady that 12. She has Luekemia.

I enjoy seeing what you are doing. Loved seeing your retro singer sewing machine, those are the best! My mother still regrets to this day trading her featherweight singer in for a modern machine in the 60s.

Just stopping by to say hello. : )

Do you think the young lady with leukemia would like a quilt? I'm a member of Quilts for Leukemia. There is probably a quilt ready or nearly ready that we could get to her. Please respond, and we can get the ball rolling.

Thank you for stopping by Amelia. :) I would be sad too if I had traded a featherweight for anything else! I love sewing on the 99K! That is the machine that I use the most. I recently got another machine and will have to share pictures of it too. It is a 1946 Kenmore in the cabinet. It has the knee bar. I haven't gotten it out and messed with it yet but I'm wanting to. :)

I think that Taylor would LOVE a quilt made just for her!! I posted a message over on your blog. :) My email address is steeleangiemcc (at) gmail (dot) com
